We're all about our people, and we really mean that. We keep our people happy so that our customers get the best service. How? In all sorts of ways actually.

We pay some of the best rates in the industry and we train all our officers to beyond the minimum requirements at our dedicated academy, giving them the expertise to cope confidently in any situation. This means our customers can get on with running their businesses, knowing their employees and assets are in safe hands. 

Secondly, by offering reward and recognition schemes, our people are motivated to go the extra mile. We want to know when our people have done something special and we think it’s really important to say thank you. That’s why we have an annual awards scheme that recognises the teams and individuals that make a real difference to a client or who go the extra mile for a colleague. The overall winner takes home over £25,000 worth of prizes and prize money – so it’s pretty impressive stuff.
