We've always done lots as far as corporate responsibility is concerned, but now we're trying to focus our objectives and measure their impact against set targets. We really want to make sure that CR becomes a key part of business reporting.

In line with this, we've identified five priority strategic areas: Workplace, Health and safety, Marketplace, Environment, and Community - in line with BitC best practice, but with an added emphasis on health and safety.
