We have been working with RWE npower, a leading energy supplier in the UK since 1998 providing integrated facilities services to their 40 main sites all over the UK. In this time, we have made cumulative savings of over £12m across the contract. This has been achieved by making savings and efficiencies by reduced duplication through one service provider and the development of a multi-skilled team across the contract.
The results?
Some of the other key benefits for RWE npower have included: significant waste reduction and improved energy management across all sites; introduction of one dedicated contract help-desk, integrated with our CAFM System and hand-held technology to assign tasks across sites. This has led to improved response times to facilities issues across the sites.
