Our Lifeline system is unique in the cleaning industry. All of our 22,000 people carry a Lifeline card with them at all times when working, giving them access to four telephone numbers which are used to report various types of incidents and accidents. All accidents are logged and investigated, creating an audit trail, helping to deal with situations more quickly and protect our people.
Two years ago we set up our very own training college which seeks to induct and train our people in all aspects of running cleaning contracts, all over the country.

Our IT experts have created our own IT system for monitoring the efficiency of our cleaning operations. The monitoring is largely done by our managers in the field using specially adapted PDAs.
We have also developed a bespoke time and attendance system which electronically captures the time that each member of our cleaning teams starts work on your site. This is achieved through a PIN number dialled in by telephone.
All of our national clients can use our 24/7 call centre. This allows for urgent issues to be reported and dealt with immediately, a service that is often used by the thousands of high street bank branches we clean each day.
